I am very grateful to all who have helped me along the way. Here is a list of all the communities where this floor plan is available. All the supply/worker issues that Covid brought, Shea stood by the original move in date which was really surprising. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous my Superintendent Jason was and also how our customer service rep James handled everything in stride with a smile. You just don't see this level of support very often these days. It's been over 30 days since our move in date and things are going great.

The design, tech and building experience has been amazing. Within the Phoenix Metro Area you’ll find a sampling of all the best things that the state of Arizona has to offer. From the Shea family’s role in building the Hoover Dam and Golden Gate Bridge, to our careful selections of materials, we’re a home builder that cares about every detail. Shea expects to begin building Signature at Storyrock in fall of 2022 with construction to begin in the other communities in 2023. Presales will be available beginning in 2023 for most of the properties. Shea is not a custom home builder but has great options and is always evaluating changes when their clients give them feedback.
Shea's people were always interested in us first and became friends. The construction quality was beyond our wildest expectations. And the design and architecture help make it feel more like a home than just another house. So far quality of the home looks good - will know in a years time for sure.
They kept us apprised of the homes progress which I'm sure was difficult during the pandemic. The trades people did quality work and follow up on any issues has been completed promptly. We're looking forward to returning to Encanterra when it starts raining again in Washington. I had a very positive experience with Shea Homes starting with Owen, sales consultant. Alan, my construction manager, was always on top of things which was a real challenge with supply chain issues experienced because of the pandemic. And any remaining issues have been promptly addressed by Bill, my warranty specialist.
