Tapping the box wheel in the upper right corner brings you to the My Actions page, where you can create rules for the sensor. For instance, you can create a rule to have the sensor send you a push notification when water is detected, or have the Smart Plug turn on or off when water is detected. This comes in handy if you have a sump pump connected to the Smart Plug. You can also have the Wi-Fi Siren DCH-S220 sound when water is detected. When water is detected, the mydlink app sends push notifications to your mobile device no matter where you are.

I connected a small water pump to a Smart Plug which I also installed in the basement, and created an Action to have the pump turn on when water was detected.
